Responsibilities:

• To be actively involved in the improvement of Quality in Design, Development and Production processes.
 • Support supply chain department regarding supplier’s development.
• Support Quality Manager in 8D claims handling.
 • Initiate and lead in quality improvement activities.
 • Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
 • Development of Processes, Methods & Tools in order to drive operational excellence.
• Daily reporting to the Quality Manager.
 
Requirements:
 
• Ability to understand and work with company core values.
• Candidate must have a Degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical)
 • Several years of working experience with Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement in production
• Experience about tools such as FMEA, APQP, 5 Why, 8D etc.
 • Good English.
 • Communication & problem solving skills.

Ïðè êîíñòàòèðàíî íåñúîòâåòñòâèå ñúì äëúæåí äà ïîëçâàì:
 
   8D principles

1. Use Team Approach
Establish a small group of people with the knowledge, time, authority and skill to solve the problem and implement corrective actions. The group must select a team leader.
2. Describe the Problem
Describe the problem in measurable terms. Specify the internal or external customer problem by describing it in specific terms.
3. Implement and Verify Short-Term Corrective Actions
Define and implement those intermediate actions that will protect the customer from the problem until permanent corrective action is implemented. Verify with data the effectiveness of these actions.
4. Define and Verify Root Causes
Identify all potential causes which could explain why the problem occurred. Test each potential cause against the problem description and data. Identify alternative corrective actions to eliminate root cause.
5. Verify Corrective Actions
Confirm that the selected corrective actions will resolve the problem for the customer and will not cause undesirable side effects. Define other actions, if necessary, based on potential severity of problem.
6. Implement Permanent Corrective Actions
Define and implement the permanent corrective actions needed. Choose on-going controls to insure the root cause is eliminated. Once in production, monitor the long-term effects and implement additional controls as necessary.
7. Prevent Recurrence
Modify specifications, update training, review work flow, improve practices and procedures to prevent recurrence of this and all similar problems.
8. Congratulate Your Team
Recognize the collective efforts of your team. Publicize your achievement. Share your knowledge and learning.

Áëàãîäàðÿ ÷å ñè îòäåëèë âðåìå äà ÿ ïðî÷åòåø è èñêðåíî êîìåíòèðàø!

Ñèñòåìàòà çà óïðàâëåíèå íà êà÷åñòâîòî ïî ïðîåêòà íèêîãà íå å áèëà ñåðòèôèöèðàíà îò òðåòà ñòðàíà, íî ñå å ðàáîòèëî ñúãëàñíî èçèñêâàíèÿòà íà ISO è êîíêðåòíèòå çàäàíèÿ íà êëèåíòà. Âèäÿë ñúì äîñòà ñåðòèôèöèðàíè ñèñòåìè, íî òàçè áåøå äåéñòâèòåëíî ðàáîòåùà è ïîëåçíà ïî ñúùåñòâî.

Íåñúîòâåòñòâèÿòà êîèòî öèòèðàø ñà êîíñòàòèðàíè è êîðèãèðàíè ïî âðåìå íà öåëèÿò æèâîò íà ïðîåêòà (7 ãîäèíè)! Íàïðèìåð àêî èìà ïðîáëåì ñ íàðåäåíà àðìàòóðà ñå èçäàâà íåñúîòâåòñòâèå, êúì ïîä-èçïúëíèòåëÿ è ñå çàáðàíÿâà áåòîíèðàíåòî äî ìîìåíòà â êîéòî íå ñå êîðèãèðà èëè àêî èìà äîñòàâêà íà ìàòåðèàëè íåîòãîâàðÿùè íà ñïåöèôèêàöèè íå ñå âëàãàò äî êàòî íå ñå çàòâîðè äîêëàäà çà íåñúîòâåòñòâèå è ò.í.
Ïàê èñêàì äà ïîä÷åðòàÿ ÷å òóê ñòàâà äóìà çà ñèñòåìà îòãîâàðÿùà íà èçèñêâàíèÿòà íà ñòàíäàðòà, íà êîÿòî öåëòà å áèëî äà áúäå ðàáîòåùà à íå ñåðòèôèöèðàíà.
